Question: How do you make moving pictures!?

I was wondering how do you make these pictures i know there like gif images but i want to make one exactly like this one:

combine a set of images in one animated gif, select a set of pics, add effects to each one, then put together with gif animation tools,

k!. so once you have adobe photshop cs2!. open new document with the picture you want!.

on the top you see stuff such as "file edit image"

go to window then animations!.

once you got that then look at this image below and hopefully it's easy to follow [you may have to zoom in on the image in case you couldn't see!. usually to zoom in you go to the bottom right hand corner and keep on clicking until a magnifying glass thing appears]
