Position:Home>Visual Arts> Should I put this picture on my modelling portfolio(pic)?Question: Should I put this picture on my modelling portfolio(pic)!? Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: Not a better photo of you!. Background is extremely distracting--and I think too much editing was done!. Go outside!. Stand in front of a white building / background!. Under a cloudy day!. And have someone take a proper snapshot of you, like this: http://farm3!.static!.flickr!.com/2009/2406!.!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com Are you trying out for the next Dumb and Dumber movie!?Www@QuestionHome@Com Haha!? !.!.!.No!.Www@QuestionHome@Com It's a lovely photograph!. I think you should use one with out your hand in the way!.!.!.You want them to see all of that wonderful face!.Www@QuestionHome@Com I don't think so because the quality of the photo isn't very good!.Www@QuestionHome@Com No!. The background in the full length portrait is distracting!. The mixed lighting sources cause a color temperature shift making the kicker on the face look odd!. The overall flatness of the lighting does bad things to the wardrobe!. The headshot is poorly composed with the hand leading the viewers eye off the photo, rather than into it!. The poor crop and distracting background, flat lighting and the shadow behind your head do not make this a photo you'd want in your book!. I'd contact a local photographer that specializes in model portfolios!. Look for photographers who are not well established who would be willing to trade time for prints/cd!. Good luck!.Www@QuestionHome@Com you look really fakeWww@QuestionHome@Com the left one for sureWww@QuestionHome@Com YES !
