Question: How to repair a oil painting that has been dented in but not torn!?

Something leaned up against one of my paintings and made an indention about the size of a business card!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

put a rag soaked in hot water on the back of the area that is dented for a little while then remove it!. it will shrink the canvas when it dries!.!.!.!.!.good luckWww@QuestionHome@Com
