Question: I need to promote art (drawings)!?

I need to promote art, sadly there is nothing ongoing of this sort on the local level, so i need to find international art dealers who can valuate and promote the work which are mostly ink on paper!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I'd say you can put your art on websites such as artwanted!.com or deviantart!.com and they'll sell them for you!. i think you pay a small fee per month but more people will be exposed to your work!. You have inks so make sure it's something catchy!. You might even want to think about having two accounts!. One that has your top picture to represent you and then one top famous picture that people will want to buy!. I'm not sure what art you draw but i know for me when i looked for illustrators i checked out the famous drawings (superman, tmnt, Elvis Presley) and then i clicked on those, so check the sites out and then decide!. also promote yourself on craigslist and go to yahoo groups that have art communities and promote yourself!.
Oh and sell your stuff on ebay!

Getting into a gallery is not easy, especially if one doesn't have a curriculum of exhibitions!.
Be careful with scams!.
Besides my website, I also have my works at Etsy!. Maybe Etsy could be a starting point!.

There are websites that you can sell your work online!. I've been to one that sells artwork of artists from all over the country!. It will be hard to find something just local!. I think it's great to get yourself out there online!. More chances to be discovered!. Good luck!
