that site will help you out with paper, you just print your design on the temp paper!. If that site doesnt ship overseas and you live oversead just look up "temporary tattoo paper" on google, should find something you can use!. As for making your design perm ink, maybe make a portfolio and take it around to local tattoo shops!?
