Nice bokeh!. The composition is really skewed to the right, but with the out-of-focus bit of white in the background, I actually like this composition!.

To me, the flower is lacking in detail due to blown out highlights!. Take the reading for the whole scene and then use the exposure compensation to drop the EV by as much as a full stop!. I think that would about do it for this exposure!. Try EV (-0!.3), EV (-0!.7) and EV (-1!.0) and see if it comes out better!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Good photo- I am a photographer my self and the only thing on this picture I would change is the pinks and reds in the pic!.
If your camera has the setting that draws out the red(pink) tones <<look in your manual<< then it wouldn't have such a overwhelmingly *green* look!. (you could even draw out the red tones with programs on the computer)
Other than that- great angle and lighting!

I think it is an outstanding photo, as stated above, very weighted to the right, I would maybe take out about 5-10% of the left hand side of the image, still weighting it to the right, but a little less "dead space"!. But very nice composition, colors, lighting, great job!Www@QuestionHome@Com

slightly over exposed causin the white to flair, see Dr Sams notes!.

I would like a slightly lower view point!. Composition is pleasing!. A nice image the mood is relaxing, perhaps a little more warmth could be added,

Thanks for the share!.

Take a picture of the flower on a rainy day!.

I’m on a dial up connection right now so I was limited by time at looking at all of your photos!.
I did however look at the first 5 that were in the stream of photos you posted!.
I think you have a natural eye for using light in your subjects!. The Mandarin and confectionaries photo had the perfect lighting and I liked the way the orange and blues contrast each other!. However the subject preparation needs more attention!. A mandarin has some beautiful features in is natural segmentation!. Had the fruit been carefully separated into segments and not torn apart and just plopped on the plate with a dollop of confectioners sugar it could be a real winner!. Had the fineness of the sugar been amplified by sifting and lightly sprinkling it, it would be much easer to tell it was sugar!. At first I thought it was cottage cheese!.
In the Suburban sunrise photo here again you show skill at capturing the light correctly but had you walked to the other side of the power pole and shown less land and more sky (cropping would help this one) it would have really drawn me into the color and the light of the photo!.
The flower in your message link is nice but you could have taken a little more time to find a blossom that had not been pruned!. If you were closer and more to your left so you looking down into the flower it could have shown more of its natural beauty!. Because the flower is to the right in the photo and its background is blurred, it singles this flower out, but lets the looker know for some reason this blossom is somehow special or different than the rest on the tree!. The lighting is good, and a little off center which helps the light shine through the flower exposing other details!.
Being patient and waiting for the right moment or taking more time in your composition is important!.
Your work shows your love for nature and light, not order and semitry!. This is has its good and bad points!.
Order and semidry are important only in the commercial aspect of photography!. Your style shows the natural beauty and art side of photography!. Most of what I saw in your photos is seeking emotions of peace solitude, and love of natural beauty!.
My opinion is, your into photography to capture a moment of emotion or beauty your to satisfy yourself!. If your into photography to make money, keep practicing, you have a promising talent!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
