Best Answer - Chosen by Asker:
Your first two pictures are nice, but nothing special!. The second one, though, if you had shot it a little earlier, would have had some detail in the buildings and that would have dramatically improved the shot!. To really nail a shot like that on purpose, though, takes a pretty good understanding of metering for light levels and is not one of the easier shots to do!.

I like your last shot best!. It's suggestive and the blurring reinforces that, so it is appropriate!. Nice!.

The sax shot!? It's technically good, but as another has already mentioned, it lacks any focus!. It doesn't make a statement and it isn't composed so the the graphical quality alone can carry the image!. It fails because it doesn't take the viewer anywhere or even ask them to take a journey!.

Someone else in their answer makes that point!. They like the image because it is of a sax, they play the sax, they think it is an underrated instrument and like seeing it as the nominal subject!. These are all things that they brought to the picture, but they would bring that to almost any picture of a sax!.

Do you have the potential to take your interest any further!? Since your second and third images are definitely made and obviously the products of an intentional use of imagination, the answer is definitely yes!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Like the bottom two pics, So can see no reason not to persue photography in a serious way!. Good Luck with itWww@QuestionHome@Com

I would say so! Keep up the good work!!Www@QuestionHome@Com

I think you have an interesting eye!.!.!. I love the one of the woman's face!. It's a great photograph!. The other three are a bit odd to me!. The one of the saxophone is confusing!.!.!. I'm not quite sure what's going on there, but the color was fantastic!. The first sunset picture was pretty, but nothing spectacular!. I did like the second picture with the lights on in the house!. I think it could have been a bit more interesting if you had given it a longer exposure!.

You have potential!.!.!. I wonder if you've had any education in photography!.!.!. I think that could really help you fine tune what you already enjoy doing!. If you could spend a little money on a better camera and some school, I think you'd really surprise yourself!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

There is potential in everyone!

Based on your first three pics I would say you still had a long way to go!.

The last one however, hmmm!. That to me is a very interesting picture!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
