Question: Does any one have a formula for a cone 05 glaze!?
I am paying to use a ceramic studio!. The studio normally high fires to cone 9 - cone 10!. But will occasionally do a kiln at cone 5-cone 6!. The studio also does bisk kiln to 05

The studio has chemicals available to mix glazes!. I have a acceptable cone 10 base glaze but not a good low fire glaze!.

I am starting to use under glaze crayons and pencils!. Some of the colors burn out at cone 5!. Some pieces I do are sculpture so I could get by with a less durable glaze that is not food safe if I could put it in the bisk kiln firings!.!.

I am looking for a clear glaze that could finish in the bisk kiln and not disturb the other pieces in the kiln!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
