Is there any software that allow to cut pictures and make collages?

Question:I want to cut digital pictures and paste to other picture just as a collage , for example cut a picture of a cow and paste on a picture of a moon so the cow looks like jumping over the moon.

Use Indesign or Photoshop. If you can't afford it, download GIMP for free . It s a good program also.

Adobe Photoshop
