How do you change the hair color on pictures using photobucket??

Question:well... it depends on what version of photoshop you use...
if you use Photoshop Elements like i do... here's what you should do:
1) select only the hair and copy-and-paste it so that the hair is on it's own in a new layer
2) then go to Enhance >> Adjust Color >> Color Variations
3) select any of the options and you will see a preview of what the image will look like
4) then click the OK button and there you go!
