Photographic Modelling?

Question:Im 14, and my Mums friend is a make up artist and offered to make up a portfolio for me because she thinks I would make a good photo model.

What is involved in this type of modelling and is 14 too young?

What is involved depends how far you go with the modelling. Most likely it is simply commercial modelling (fashion catalogues etc) 14 is okay. A portfolio isn't a bad idea at all. It'll give you something to offer if you do choose to take up modelling.
