You need a photo editing program. Open the image in Photoshop (or other image editing program and determine the size of the images. Make a new canvas large enough for all the images (add the image sizes together... width + width and height + height). Then copy and paste the images on to the new canvas and position them where you want them.

If you don't have a bucket load of money to spend on Photoshop there are other programs that can do the job as well without spending your inheritance. Go to your local electronics/computer outlet and browse. 40-80 dollars will get the job done.
