Any help??

Question:Ok, i am doing a project and i can only pick two colors, one for the background, and one for the paper to go on top of it. Any ideas of what two colors i can use that will match and make my project stand out????????

how bout a hot pink and lime green or a baby blue a yellow. red is too too much of a stand out. black and pink .
for my project i used a light purple, lime green and a baby blue!

Purple and yellow they go well together and will stand out =0)

Teal & burgundy

Or for harsher contrast
Kelly green against white background.

go to your colour wheel and choose complementary colours, the ones opposite each other on the wheel. ie:
purple and lime
blue and yellow
red and green
etc.

or

choose analogous colours :: shades of blue
or black and grey
or shades of green.

anything on black is striking.

I really like black and red. Its quite daring.

Another option is white. Its not what would be immediatley thought of because its more like a lack of colour. But it might be the only use of white among a load of colour projects. Def stand out.
