Question:whenever i take pictures, i feel like i look fat, my face feels to wide, and my arms always lok fat.

how can i change that?

Have the photographer take the picture standing a little higher than you. Sit and turn to a 3/4ths angle and have the photographer photograph you from the side you turned to. Try dressing in long sleeve shirts to hide your arms.

I don't know if you really are fat or just exagerating... but here is a good document on "How to Photograph the Plus Size Bride." You're probably not a bride but it has some tips that may help you.

Don't shoot the face head on from the front turn it slightly away and try different lighting angles.

You need a longer lens. Perspective is determined by the distance from the camera, so you need a longer lens to move back. Whatever is closest to the lens is exaggerated, so if you want to look smart, tilt your head down a little, if you want to look thin, hold the camera higher and lean forward a little.
