goto fontfreak.com, find some fonts you like, download them. Drop them into your windows>fonts folder, and they are usable in anything you run on your computer.

Usually the fonts are based upon the fonts you already have loaded on your computer ... both the ones that came with your operating system and the ones that came with your word processor.

Fonts have nothing to do with the program. You will need to get more fonts from someone or buy them.
