Chibi hair should be huuuge and so fully gorgeous that it looks like it'll cost hundreds of dollars to replicate in a hair salon. Kiddy hairstyles add cute points but don't restrict yourself!
Make sure the hair is full and it should go OVER the outline of the head. Feel free to add all sorts of things to the hair, and it could even be so long that it touches the ground!
The hair should also go along with the body, thats why you leave it until after you draw the body, so you can decide what the hair should do.

After you've finished the hair, erase all unnecessary lines and at the head on the other layer. This is why its important to use layers!

Chibi hair SHOULD be big and bold. DO NOT USE ANY DULL COLORS! Usually chibi hair contains a decent amount of accesories and the hairstyles are very odd and unusual. UR WELCOME!!! :)
