How do I install a photoshop free trial for macs?

Your Adobe.com link is exactly what you need. Here it is again.

You could try Photoshop Elements, if the full version is too expensive. I use it, and I know a lot of other people who use it too. There's also a free online scaled-down Photoshop called Photoshop Express. You can get info on all three from the same link.
