why not make a barrier made of media articles barring themselves from the truth. Premise is that media outlets are BEING CONTROLLED BY LARGE COMPANIES. Let the wall be a figurative reflection of that said barrier. Grab articles relating to conspiracies, or times where there was obvious slanting of the truth. Iran Contra, lending crisis, poverty related to big companies and by passing of predatory lending practices.... Use the art to illustrate the feelings of public vs what media says

Fed won't say recession, but there are huge numbers of unemployment... so show the transparency of our country via art...

have two sides of this said wall.... one side showing rhetoric, and the other side reflecting impact on community
D.

So find a wall in the city.

I think you don't really have to so far as building a wall with a cement mixer. Check out the work by Christo. You can create a barrier simply with a sheet.

Or how about some cardboard?

You can make a wall using rocks and salt dough. Use the salt dough like you would cement, arrange the rocks in layers to look like a stone wall. You'll have to bake it in the oven at 250 for approx, 20 mins. It will harden as it cools.
