An apple, a wedge of cheese and a hard roll torn in half.
A crumpled brown paper bag.
A coffee cup and a donut on a plate.
An apple on a plate and a knife.
A salt and pepper shaker with a small pitcher on a checked napkin.
A salt and pepper shaker with a hard boiled egg broken in half to expose the yellow inside.
A peanut butter and jelly sandwich torn in half on a plate with a half full glass of milk.

How about a nice landscape, with some trees, a country road, a field and some hills in the background.

drop some acid and paint what you see

perhaps a flower or an apple.

I would stick to painting a still life type thing, live things are harder to do in that amount of time try some fruit, veggies, and have some cloth underneath it for extra pop. One of my favorite things that I painted was 4 Apples with extreme lighting, and I also did some jalapino pepper in oil pastels that turned out pretty cool
