Question:how do u put like a frame around your paper( trees, sun soccer ball)

I am writing a poem and i need to desin the frame of the paper

Do you mean a border? Go to Format, then Borders and Shading, then select Page Border.

Sounds like you want art. So, go to Art, and choose the design you want. The borders should automatically fill with the design. If not click on the diagram to add the borders.
