Does anyone know this artist or her work?

Question:I don't know the name of the artist or the title of the work...

I saw her work one of her pieces in the Tate Modern about 6 years ago - It was a road atlas cut up and stuck back together in the shape of Britain and NI, but all the towns were in different places, eg. Birmingham was where Glasgow is in real life, and London was Edinburgh or something like that. It was so clever, I looked at it for ages I was fascinated.

I'd very much like to find it again, is it on show anywhere? Can I order a copy on the internet? Has she done other similar works?

I remember seeing the same piece in the Glasgow Gallery of Modern Art, and I loved it too. I've trawled the internet and eventually found her I think.
