Most of the skills which you can learn are already within Photoshop.The built in help and on line help are both excellent.What is missing is the human interaction and interchange of ideas.The monthly magazines are helpful but I would recommend joining a local photography club as an introduction to that application if you can spare the time.Books like Photoshop for Dummies are actually better than they sound,their advantage being that you can dip into them as you wish,revising without fear through just going back.
