I enjoy anime. but for some reason everyone thinks that its weird. why?

I was just at an anime convention, all the people that organize it are older than you, and I saw many people over twenty. There are already 3 or more generations of manga/anime/comic lovers, and more to come. Yes, people do think its weird, which is probably because they don't know what it is. Very much like people think gothic lolita is some weird kinky fetish thing, when it is really just a Japanese fashion. Don't let it get you down. I know the "manga and anime revolution" is growing, more people are getting into it, and it's really not that weird. I know I'm going to keep on loving it for a long time, and I hope you do too.

because most people are ignorant about it so they think its wierd, you shouldent care what people think tho you should read whatever you want to.

not sure really. my friends think the same way with me. I will probably never stop watching cartoons/anime and playing video games.
