Just download Photo shop off of a torrent site like thepiratebay.com or mininova.org some of the things u can do with photo shop is wicked

Im not sure what you are wanting to do but if removing flaws is what you are wanting to do then gimp is a wonderful program and free to download. Other then that photoshop may have what you are looking for the newest updates.

You can download Picasa from Google, It's free. It lets you do simple touch ups such as remove red eye and crop etc. It's got more functions but I've never needed them. It's a good programme for storing all your photos and can arrange them well and do timelines and stuff.
