Maybe trying it at different angles would have worked better? Or maybe different times of day to combat the shadows. Cropping might also help, some other small edits can often help a photo look amazing, whether you're amature or not. I do however love the hills in the background and the clouds, they look really cool, as if they're just hanging there. It looks like they're in order, lining up to wait for something maybe. By experimenting with different techniques, both with the actual photography side and editing I think you'll be able to take some good pictures. Just keep testing different techniques and you'll get there in the end! 6. its not a very nice view. 7 i like it, but you couldve picked a better view, so 6/10 7. It is a good picture, and I don`t have to be generous but fair. I like photography and have thousands to show including some prizes for best picture. The light is good and the composition also, because you put the two buildings off center, which is adequate. Only critic is that you inclined your camera a little, but this could be corrected with a program like Photoshop, which is very expensive, or The Gimp which is free. maurituchi@yahoo.com 5 - sorry... but theres nothing special with the picture... ide give it a 6/10 only because I dont see the meaning of this picture. Its just a plain old view! take a pic of something more dazzling. 5 the pictures didnt seem focused enough and i dont get what your trying to capture in some of them. Just watch the angle of your horizon line. An off angle horizon can work but it is usually disconcerting. Just keep taking pics. The better ones will stand out.
