As above, you can download GIMP, or you can try the new Photoshop Express online software.

In either case, your best tool for increasing the brightness will be to use LEVELS. You should be able to find it under the Image - Adjustments. You can drag the middle slider to the left to brighten the midtones, and / or you can drag the far right slider to the left to brighten the highlights if needed.

Download Gimp for free and do it yourself, yes you will have to learn a little bit rather than a 'magic' website doing it for you, but it well worth learning.

If you have photoshop go to the toolbar above and under the "image" heading select levels and move the slider to how light you want the print to be.

dont know of any websites, but I can give you a advice so next time pictures dont came too dark, even thought it is dark, try to take pictures without flash, the flash makes the pictures dark, but it has to be extremeally still, so you may need something to held your camera.
