What is a mixture of red and brown?

i've been seeing these cars that are a reddish brown and i would really like to know what they have named those colours
i don't like brown and sometimes i have the hardest time deciding if something is actually brown or red

Orange-red I guess. Brown is really like a dark yellow-orange.

I think maroon or a red wine ish color =]

burnt orange is a color between that, its coloser towards red. another color that is good is yellow ocher and that oviously has more yellow in it. all the other colors are simply in betweens and there are no big names that stand out.

Reddish brown- also know as mahogany, chestnut, auburn etc. If you add white to reddish brown, you will get a soft rose tint.

Brick Red is often used to describe a color halfway between red and brown. Sometimes Brick Red is more red, other times it is more brown. Also, Chestnut or Mahogany. Adobe is also another name used, but is more of and orange-red-brown.
