To all Artists~?

Question:Can anyone tell me a media that gives the same effect as pen + ink, but not paint? I can't paint very well at all but in pen and ink I'm fine, I just want to do some more experimenting.

Any suggestions on what other things to use will be appreciated!

try watercolor pencil. also, you should not give up on painting. if you are not very good at it (yet) that just means that you need more practice.
