Talking to people who are into your field of work. It will motivate you to work hard and also looking at other people's work will inspire you as well. Go to some art galleries or art websites. Or watch a really visually artistic movie. I get a lot of motivation and inspiration by just talking to people. What it all boils down to is your determination. Yes, life is busy but sometimes you gotta just take a break and stop what you are doing and just think. Manage your time well and priortize all the things you need to do. In doing so you will DEFINATLY find time for your art work. Set a distinct time for your art and make a commitment to yourself that you will do it in that assigned time. And of course, award yourself when you do. ^_^

I totally agree with the first poster. And after what she says, your art will come as second nature.
