Do you have a photobucket account?If you don't start one and upload the pic you want to use into your album.If you do go into your album then click edit above the pic you want to do it to when the edit page comes up go to effects press the more button 3 times and click pop art.That should get the color part done.Good luck!

thats very easy. Its long to explain the color thing. But for the writting part. Use the application paint (pre install in your cpu). Then click the simbol T . Then shape where u want to write. Then, u just write.. And u are done.
