How Could I Change This Photos Color?

I tried paint but it only does little parts of it because when you Zoom it , it is in different colors ( Little Dots with Different Shades)

What is an easy way I could change this pics color? Without having to download something... how could i do it in paint?

i didn't know what colors u like so i just had fun with it
i hope u like ;)

on paint you can zoom in and use the paint brush to fill it in...thats the only thing i can think of...
