Question:I know this may sound trashy, but my husband is in the military and is going to be on his second six month deployment. He made one request - pictures of me (not naked, but close to it). I want to do this right, but so far the only place i found was Pink Kitty Studios that want to charge over $800.00 !! I can not afford this on a military salary. Any answers / ideas will help.

I shoot a lot of semi-nude and erotic images for wives of husbands who are downrange.

You should be able to find some photographers on Model Mayhem or One Model Place who can shoot you for a reasonable cost

I am a photography student in Houston and my dad is a professional photographer on the east coast. Many private photographers won't do nudes or semi nudes for various reasons.

I suggest that you call your local colleges. Look for colleges with fine art degrees in photography and call the school, let them know you want a student to do work for you. Nude forms are common in school so it won't be so weird and students will work for cheap or sometimes even for free if they can use your photos for classwork.

and look under services. they have a lot of photographers that offer deals for ppl that mention they found them on c/l

well where are you located? I know some people who are students but take fantastic photos. I do as well. message me for more info. Also you can look on craigslist.org for people in your area, but you have to be careful. There are some pretty messed up people there.
