If you have photoshop do image>adjustments>invert , this will make it look like a negative.

If you have Photoshop or Photoshop elements, press Ctrl+I. I stands for invert. It's the keyboard shortcut for Image>Adjustments>Invert.

you can do it with most editing software, you can do it for free on picnik photo editing

In Adobe Photoshop:
Image - Adjustments - Invert.

In Paint:
Image - Invert Colors.

Basically, in any image editing program, you can just look for something that says Invert or Invert Colors. Hope this helps. =)
