How can you edit a photo down to the size of a passport photo on the PC.?

Question:I want too edit 2 photo,s on PC down to the size that would be acceptable for a passport.I would want a step by step guide in doing this.Thanks.

In Photo Shop

1 Open Your Photo
2 Sellect All (Ctrl + A) and copy (Ctrl + C)
3 Take New Document 3.5cm X 4.5 cm
4 Paste (Ctrl +V ) and Select Transform (Ctrl +T) Adjust to your Size Un wanted Corners
5 do to 2step and Take New document Size 4 X6 inch and paste(Ctrl+v)
6 Adjust and Paste In row 4 copys in two rows
Thats It Print it.

or just go to a photo machine and get one properly done , remember,
they have to not be smiling and you have to be appropriate, going to a photo box is better!

depends on the quality of the picture. if it's good enough, you can just resize it.

Photo shop, Crop your pic, or copy and paste it to Microsoft Word page, then you can angel the size that you want!!

um, editting.
what ever program you using, there should be a button "crop" or on where you see "file" "edit" and choose a photo size like 8x10 ..

use photo shop i thhink i make a sams club card with that before i scanned my moms card and put my picture in her place

i'm not quite sure on the measurements on the passport size photo so i can not include that part.

using photo shop software, you will be able to size down to a new size. you just have to give the size and it will do the job. then you 'l have to export or save the photo as a new one with your needed size.

you can just do it on paint:
put photo on computer
open it with paint
choose the dashed-rectangle button in the toolbar (the select tool)
click and drag out the bit you want. right click and click copy
open in a new window and click paste
save

If you don't have photoshop and don't wanna download an illegal copy, you can just right-click on your image and edit it (in Paint or whatever else you PC already has). When the image is opened, select all (ctrl+A) and from the corners, you can click and drag to resize.
