ok- flowers/plants/trees, shells, fruit, people, buildings, the view from your window... it sort of depends on what types of things you like painting
Maybe you could try looking at other artist's work for inspiration (probably mainly aritists like Picasso, Mattise, Frida Kahlo... the 'great' artists) and look at what they painted. That's sort of what we have to do for GCSE so maybe you could try that.

the outside of your house?
an outdated dresser?
make your bathroom into a theme? i did mine in a cottage..but of course, research it first.

Paint shoes, bricks, stones, broken glass etc.

Before you start painting, you need to start looking. Looking with an artist's eyes. I have the opposite problem. I see so many things I want to paint, but never get around to painting them. Usually they involve shapes from nature that are interesting, like a twig or a pod.

coral reef
droplets
bubbles
a couple riding a bike
a quaint cute village
someone sleeping
fish
a spider
a forest
