I think Book antigua is classy yet friendly.

If you've got the new MS Office, Calibri size 11 is quite friendly. Verdana is also good.

i would go for Teen or Teen light

I think it's always considerate to use a serif font because it has been proved that they are easier to read, and maybe it’s better to stick to Times New Roman, as it’s friendly in that it’s so well known. You have to weigh up making an impression against using an unusual font that could look gimmicky. Also the real impression is made by how well the document is laid out rather than the font when it comes down to it.
I think you just have to test the size yourself when you print it and get the balance between being too small and eye-straining, or too big so that you look as though you are padding out what you’re saying. You can experiment too with making headings slightly larger to give visual interest if you want to and it looks right.
