In IMovie, how do I import photos into Iphoto?

Question:I want to do the Ken Burns effect...I can move photos onto my storyboard, but I can't move them into the Ken Burns effect for some reason....

Maybe you can't. I also have tried to use the Ken Burns effect when making a slideshow in iDVD. But the option just is not there. I also made an attempt to do it in iMovie, and again, got no where. The effect is easy to select and do in iPhoto, so, like you, I cannot understand why it seems so elusive in the other programs.

I will watch this thread and see if anyone else has any ideas. I would like to know the answer myself. I am actually kind of glad to see that it is not just ME that can't do it.
