Resizing images?

Question:I am trying to print out a picture on 11 x 17" paper, but I dont know how to size it up to fit the ENTIRE page, not just the middle.the Paint feature on my computer won't do it for me, does anyone know where I can do this?

You simply need an editing program such as photoshop that allows you to size your photos to whatever size you desire.

Keep in mind, you are going to need to be starting with a very good, high resolution, high quality photo to get a decent print at 11 x 17.

Also, does your PRINTER driver support a BORDERLESS 11 x 17 print?
