Question:using the Corel Paint Shop Pro Photo X2? I saw a similar question that says there is an actual eye color change tool but I cannot find it???? Help.....

The only way I know how to do it is in Adobe Photoshop, I'm not familiar with Corel Paintshop. In Adobe, the way I do it is to create a new layer, just paint onto the new layer over where the irises are, and use gaussian blur to find an effect I like, then adjust the opacity to make it look natural. I'm not sure if that's any use though as I've never used Corel.

You most likely have to remove the color first and then use layers. I don't have your software but I am sure they have a web sight.
