How can I portray the mind in my pictures?

people sitting around a table in different sections of your head...each representing a part/piece of you (either by emotions or parts of your consciousness)

the head opening up to reveal something...

Someone pulling a crystal ball out of someone's head...inside revealing that person's thoughts...or their life

A surreal, of a person cooking their brain...
Matrix style...people hooked into one large brain..
Maybe people with brains in glass jars walking around and all of them look the same except one (maybe all are blue and one is red etc) And everyone is looking suspiciously at it.

a brain? a book? glasses?

map out a brain ,and in each section put something they are thinking about, etc coffee with friends or grocery shopping or something.

draw a head with a hand holding a knife slicing part of the head, and blood coming out! awesome.

Well, that really up to you, if I'm thinking of three different stages a woman comes to in her life, i would draw a woman in white on the left, pure as something white, a woman dancing with a man wearing a red dress which is slowly binding the man showing passion in the middle, and a woman wearing black dress and wearing a mourning emotion, which show her in remorse but looks wise in the right. After which I would have complete painting. So think on what you thinking of and you drawing does not need to be anything that should materials but something abstract if you like maybe.
