Opinions for art project?

Question:Okay, for our art project, we have to design a fake cover for Time magazine. It can be anything we want, and it's in acrylics.

Mine is basically five hands of different ethnicities making peace signs, and all the peace signs put up against each other make the five points of a star. Inside the star, it says "End Racism Now." (I might change it to Diversity though.)

My question is: what background should I use? The hands are all going to be varying shades of brown. What background would look good? It can be a solid flat color, a blend, an image .... whatever. I don't want it to look too busy though.

how about a background of the earth to show everyone living together in peace you have it well covered with all the different ethnicities
