Question:Yes... as long as they are the same kind of oil paint (sorry, by kind I mean type - not brand) -You can get oil paints that are water soluble, I wouldn't mix those with ones that aren't. Also I would advise against mixing cheap oils with expensive ones, just for the fact that you will be negating the whole point of using more expensive oils. Other than that you should be fine.

Yes, of coarse they do! If you have the water soluble oil paints sometimes it'll mix funky with regular. Good Luck!
