Its been awhile but I know Vans, No Fear, etc. used to accept submissions for Tshirt designs and paid 200-300 per. if they liked em. But its been awhile..

But go check out istockphoto.com and see whats selling. Anybody can sell their art and photos. I'm a designer and we buy illustrations off there all the time. Its basically high-quality clip art. Like if I need an illustration of an apple and orange, its cheaper to pay 5 bucks that spend an hour or so drawing it myself.

I recommend you learn Illustrator if you don't already. The good part is if people dig your stuff, you can sell it again and again.
