Removing cigarette from picture?

Question:Hi. I was wondering if someone out there who is knowledgeable in photo editing, can remove the cigarette from my mouth in this picture. Here is a link.

if you don't have photoshop or paintshop-pro, try gimp, and duplicate layer then use clone stamp and heal stamp with image around edges,
