This is a sculpture by Patricia Piccinini called 'The Young Family' made of silicone, acrylic and some human hair..its about consequences of genetic engineering in the future.

wow at first it scared me than it started laughing. im pretty sure its a statue or wax or something like that, i dont think its computer generated. the face is imo the scariest part

It looks like it's in an art exhibit. It's either sculpted or molded. Basically a model like they do for special effects.

My friend makes them as collector pieces. (sci fi monsters) nothing like in the photo. But the texture and technique seem the same to me. I just don't know exactly which technique because my friend does it both ways i just said.

This is an artist sculpture. I've seen it before. In the back ground are people looking at other exhibits.
