Its when an artist is struggling with making art. Like they'll mess up a lot while doing it. Or, they can't get any ideas for what to make. Either one of those would be considered artist block.

I'm having the latter of it right now. I haven't been doing well in my art lately and been struggling, ^^; hehe. And I guess artist block is the same as writer's block..only that it involves art, not writing hehe.

artists block is when an artist cant really think striaght, like anything to draw..

It just means you can't think of anything to draw, sculpt, paint. Anything to do with art.

It's like writer's block.

Like writer's block, only instead of not being able to think of what to write, we artists can't find the inspiration for what we want to create. I hate it when that happens...... :I

lack of stimuli (boredom)

or too much stimuli (surviving)

when u are dumb and cannot think

It's a lump of wood that we stand on while we are trying to think of something to paint. Mostly they are blue, although I have seen some yellow ones.
