Position:Home>Visual Arts> What's it called when you burn pigments into papers?

Question:alright, i can't remember what it's called, but it's a way of doing designs and lettering to the covers of books. what you do is use a special marker, pour pigments over it (the marker makes it stick), then brush it off like you would do glitter. then you take a special kind of blow dryer that blows really hot air and it melts the pigments and makes them permanent. what is this process called please? thank you!
