Question:well i want to do fashion designs and put it on my personal website on weebly so where can i do fashion designs online for free without paying. and can i make a fashion website and put it like this www.fashion.com not with the / all the time please i need help i want to do fashion designs.

Well it depends on exactly what you are trying to do ( not clear by questions)
If you want to draw your own designs, they draw them, scan them in put them on your own website Go Daddy and Yahoo are cheap ( betwen $6-$15/month)
Or if you are just wanting to take the pics of different clothes and put them together, try polyvore, they are free and and have a large selection of different clothes and accessories, You create an accoutn and just put together outfits and can add different backgrounds and save, then just copy the URL and send to your friends or anyone who you want to see it .
