I guess it depends on what kind of editing you want. I know theres sites that can change the color of your photo and the size for free, but other than that they dont do much. Go to google and type in image editing or online picture editing...something of that nature. But if your willing to spend money, Corel Paint Shop Pro X is an amazing editing program. It will do anything you can think of and more.

Is amazing! You can adjust the exposure, contrast, saturation, hue, and sharpness. You can also adjust the crop or resize the picture. :) I think that it has everything you need and it is free!
