If it is a 8mm video camera, there is no film. Just use the camera and its connections to copy the video to your old VHS tape deck or use your computer to make a DVD of it. If the camera is indeed a film camera and is not a super-8 camera, you may not be able to get it developed for a cost you will be willing to pay.
